River City Home Watch LLC was founded by Matt Lees, St. Johns County resident since 2017 and Florida native. Matt has been married to Noelle, for twenty years and they have a beautiful daughter and two dogs. Since the late 1990’s Matt has worked in commercial a/c, building engineering, and property management for all size commercial properties ranging from new construction to existing sky rises, corporate offices, and strip malls. After working in millions of square feet of properties from Ft. Lauderdale to Ft. Myers to Jacksonville, ensuring all properties were up to par for the corporate clients working there, it was a natural transition to the home watch industry where details matter. Matt is excited to bring his experience, keen eye for details, and passion for high quality inspections to families in St. Johns, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas. Matt looks forward to helping clients have peace of mind knowing their property is well looked after. When not serving the local community, you may find Matt out on the golf course, fishing, or exploring new places in northeast Florida with his family.
